First Sunday of June:

 First Sunday of June is here it is amazing how time flies. June heralds the middle of the year and affords us the opportunity to examine and review our lives and activities since the beginning of the year, to take stock of our spiritual and physical progress, to evaluate ourselves in the light of our christian faith and the Gospel values in order to keep up on the spiritual pathway of salvation laid by Christ, the Way, the Truth and the Life. The lord is once more giving another opportunity to invest in the things that really matter. We must take advantage of this time for his steadfast love. Green points to new life- the life of Love-won by the redemption of Jesus Christ. This symbol of hope is the color of the of the sprouting seed and should arouse in us the hope of reaping the eternal harvest of heaven. Congratulations go out to all celebrating their birthdays,wedding anniversaries and memorable life events of the month. May the good lord grant us happiness and fruitful years ahead. Amen
